WARRANTY Information


a) Duration of Warranty is listed per individual item in the description. If there is no mention of a warranty, then item is sold with 14 days returns policy only. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

b) Warranty is a Return to Base Warranty, which means device has to be returned to us at the following address:

c) We will not be responsible for damages occurred during transit. Please use ALL original provided packaging, including internal, when returning your device.

d) Goods found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with an item of equivalent or better performance.

e) This warranty does not apply to any defect from damage, negligence, wear and tear, misuse, or not following provided instructions, e.g. not removing interior packaging causing it to overheat. Any unauthorised tampering, modification or third party repair will void the warranty.

f) We will not be held be responsible for any data loss, data recovery or loss of software.  Devices sent back for repair may require a format to the storage device or have the storage device replaced. Please ensure your data is regularly backed up.

g) Installing own parts such as storage and memory etc on a computer will only void the warranty if damage is done to the computer during install, or if incompatible/faulty parts are used which damage the computer.

h) We can not provide support for installing or upgrading items or components not purchased from us.
